B: Semi-finished product: There are three aspects to check semi-finished product:
1) Appearance: The appearance of the alloy should have a metallic luster without obvious oxidation and discoloration, and the alloy structure should be uniform and fine, without looseness or impurities;
2) Chemical composition: The chemical composition of the alloy should be consistent with the planned composition;
3) Electrochemical capacity: It should meet the company's specifications, otherwise it cannot be transferred.
C: Heat treatment:
A vacuum heat treatment furnace is used, and then argon is charged for maintenance after vacuuming. The heat treatment process is important to homogenize and stabilize the product (eliminate internal stress), ensure the flat platform pressure of the alloy, outstanding uniformity and outstanding cycle life characteristics. Focus on ensuring temperature and vacuum, and performing oxygen content measurement.
D: The entire process of alloy coarse crushing, powder making and packaging is carried out under argon maintenance to ensure that the alloy has very low oxygen content. There are four aspects to inspect finished products
1) Appearance: No discoloration and oxidation on the outside, no agglomeration on the outside
2) The physical properties, particle size distribution, and loose-fitting ratio are in line with company specifications;
3) Chemical characteristics: the composition and impurity content of the alloy powder and the PCT curve of the alloy meet the company's specifications;
4) Electrochemical properties: the electrochemical capacity, charge and discharge characteristics, cycle life, high current pulse discharge characteristics and temperature characteristics of the alloy. The inner packaging of the product is a vacuum double-layer packaging of nylon composite plastic bags, and the whole box is filled with nitrogen-filled plastic bags. The outer box is: carton.
